So the new recipe I mentioned yesterday just might be my favorite ever! I made my second loaf yesterday and I almost cried at how beautiful it looked! I gasped with excitement!!
  The center had bigger air pickets then i wanted so I'm going to do some problem solving there, but I'm getting so much closer to my goals!

First win of the season!

 About a month ago,  Ben made the freshman team at his new high-school,   he LOVES basketball and was so excited to join.     So far the season has been rough with losses every game,   till last night!   They finally had a win!!        Hopefully this gives the boys a boost of confidence and turns their year around!     Go Jets!!    And pa got a pretty awesome photo of Bens layup during the game!    As my friend Emily would say "it's totally rad!"

 8 years of loving you,      I truly cannot imagine a life without you in it and thank God for letting ME be your momma.    You are such a blessing little girl.   Your smiles,  your kindness,  you constant cheerful happiness.   Its all a delight.    There really are no words to truly describe how much I love you.     I hope you enjoyed your birthday mommy daughter day out.    A hair cut,  mommy and me pedicures, (and you got a bonus manicure!)   and your favorite Starbucks drink!

The end of an Era

10 years ago we enrolled Ben in a Christian school.    From the start of his life, we knew we wanted to give him a Godly upbringing and a firm foundation In Christ.        We have made many sacrifices over the years to get him there,  forfeiting lavish vacations,   and many of the bells and whistles in life to ensure we could always afford this chance for him.     And not for one second have we regretted that decision.    Jesus Christ is the first and most important thing in our lives.   Giving our children a solid foundation is our job.      It's been an amazing 10-year journey with him,  but this week,    He graduated from 8th grade and his whole world is about to change.        Everything he learned will go with him,    The math,  reading,  memories, and friends will never be forgotten,    but most importantly the Firm foundation in Christ t...
