8 years of loving you, I truly cannot imagine a life without you in it and thank God for letting ME be your momma. You are such a blessing little girl. Your smiles, your kindness, you constant cheerful happiness. Its all a delight. There really are no words to truly describe how much I love you. This week was Ben's 9th Grade Freshman Basketball banquet and the season has officially come to an end! A lot of great memories were made, stronger friendships formed, and lots of baskets made! The season wasn't full of wins. Actually I think they were the bottom of the bracket, But not for lack of trying. These boys tried their hardest, and gave it their all, they just came up short. Regardless, I was super proud to be an Airport momma!
10 years ago we enrolled Ben in a Christian school. From the start of his life, we knew we wanted to give him a Godly upbringing and a firm foundation In Christ. We have made many sacrifices over the years to get him there, forfeiting lavish vacations, and many of the bells and whistles in life to ensure we could always afford this chance for him. And not for one second have we regretted that decision. Jesus Christ is the first and most important thing in our lives. Giving our children a solid foundation is our job. It's been an amazing 10-year journey with him, but this week, He graduated from 8th grade and his whole world is about to change.
