And this time Ben helped with the process! I cut up a huge family pack of chicken breasts, dipped each piece of chicken in egg, handed it to Ben and he dipped them in the bread crumbs and seasoning mixture and then arranged them all on the tray to cook/freeze for quick lunches! It was good to teach Ben about home cooking and how really easy it was.
